Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as when received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective due to an error on our part.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Damage caused during shipping

  • Breakage or cracks due to human error

  • Natural separation caused by heat exposure

  • Change of mind or personal preference

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Heat Exposure & Natural Separation

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, temporary separation may occur during shipping, especially in warm or hot weather. This does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product and is considered normal.

Separation caused by heat exposure during transit is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund. Gently shaking or mixing the product will restore it to its original consistency.

No Returns or Exchanges

Crowned Coils Naturals does not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect caused by us. All sales are considered final. This policy helps us maintain product quality, hygiene, and customer safety.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Refunds

If a package is returned to Crowned Coils Naturals unopened due to an incorrect or incomplete address or a failed delivery attempt, a refund will be issued excluding packaging and shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 daysof receiving the returned package.
Packages returned for these reasons will not be reshipped.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Return

Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, you will be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
