Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

In the same condition as when received
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective due to an error on our part.
We do not accept returns for:

Damage caused during shipping
Breakage or cracks due to human error
Natural separation caused by heat exposure
Change of mind or personal preference

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Heat Exposure & Natural Separation

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, temporary separation may occur during shipping, especially in warm or hot weather. This does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product and is considered normal.

Separation caused by heat exposure during transit is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund. Gently shaking or mixing the product will restore it to its original consistency.

No Returns or Exchanges

Crowned Coils Naturals does not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect caused by us. All sales are considered final. This policy helps us maintain product quality, hygiene, and customer safety.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Refunds

If a package is returned to Crowned Coils Naturals unopened due to an incorrect or incomplete address or a failed delivery attempt, a refund will be issued excluding packaging and shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 daysof receiving the returned package.
Packages returned for these reasons will not be reshipped.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at crownedcoilsnaturals@gmail.com.
Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Personal care and beauty products
Custom or personalized items
Sale items
Gift cards
Hazardous or flammable materials

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, you will be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Excellent scent and feel

I thought this after seeing the review videos on TikTok, and it lived up to the hype and it’s actually a butter consistency and not just called a butter because it has a butter in it. It was really soft and made my skin look glossy look but when you touched it, it didn’t feel oily. It actually hydrated my skin and didn’t just put a layer of oil on it to give it. This was amazing and I can’t wait to get another jar. Oh, and I forgot to mention the smell was heavenly. It’s not just like a freshly cut open 🥭.

This was a pleasant experience I like that it was a thicker butter so I wasn’t just buying a water and I just use the water that was already in my hair and put it on straight after. My hair is around the top half of my back, and I barely even put a dent in the jar. This will definitely last me a long time and it has a nice fragrance, and you could smell the hints of all the herbs, like rosemary and mint and lavender underneath. And the best was the smell of the hibiscus 🌺 and it gave it a little red color. Overall 10/10

When I tell you this did it for me. I started looking for more natural options or things, and one of the things was body care, and I threw it all my lotions. I’ve just been using this piece of rockhard Shea butter, and I found your video on TikTok, and I bought it instantly as a way to support. and while doing so I loved it. The consistency is perfect and I don’t have to work it in my hands for a minute before it can spread. And I love the packaging in the shipping was fast and cheap. I’ll keep on coming back.

I love how all of these ingredients are actually really good and they’re all in one product instead of having to buy or five other products. I could feel the Pepermint oil every time I use it it feels refreshing my new favorite oil. 😊

I use this and the oil and my hair is flourishing beautifully. When I get protective hairstyles or sew-ins I can leave my hair up for 1-3 months and my hair stays soft and moisturized after takedowns. The buildup knots you can get from protective styles just slide out my hair with no hair loss. I will always be a customer.

I bought this jar more than two months ago and my whole family uses it and it’s still more than 3/4 full. They absolutely love it especially my mom because she always uses Shea butter for everything. And I love the whipped consistency and it’s whipped perfectly so the jar isn’t halfway filled with air, like some of the other brands I’ve considered using. The buttery consistency makes a little go along the way I’ll be trying to leave in conditioner next. Keep it up 👍🏿
